Sebastian Gonzalez, LPC-A, LCDC

Hi, I’m Sebastian.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I’m also a father of two and a bilingual therapist providing counseling services in both English and Spanish.

As a Hispanic therapist, I value cultural understanding and recognize the unique experiences, relationships, and identities that shape who we are. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, authentic, and down-to-earth, creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where meaningful healing and growth can take place.

My work is grounded in an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, helping clients gain insight into the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to emotional distress or keeping them feeling stuck. Together, we explore these challenges with curiosity and compassion while building practical tools for lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional burnout, and stress. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, communication difficulties, unresolved past experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a path toward greater clarity, healing, and balance. My goal is for every client to feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while creating meaningful and lasting change.
