The lotus flower grows deep in the dark mud. It pushes through muck and grime to reach the sun and emerge in its bright, brilliant authentic beauty.

This is how I see the therapeutic process.
Life can be hard, it can be painful.
We can get hurt, we can be betrayed.
Sometimes we mess up. Sometimes we stumble and fall.

Pushing through the muck and working on yourself is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and those you love.
You deserve to find your resiliency and be that bright,
brilliant authentic version of yourself.

My Approach

I incorporate neurobiology with solution-focused, research-based modalities. I love to be creative and use experiential and somatic therapeutic interventions to get to the core of what is keeping one from reaching their full potential.

I’m often in awe of the courage I witness in my office and am so grateful that I get to see the positive changes my clients are brave enough to make happen in their lives. I believe that this transformation happens in an integrative and holistic environment that focuses on resilience and strengthening our best selves.

 Specialities

Sex & Love

Most people don’t know how to do that “healthy relationship” thing. We struggle with trust, boundaries, attachment wounds, or trauma. Together we can figure out how you can love more authentically and find greater intimacy.

Trauma Treatment

We have all experienced trauma, just to differing degrees. It could be anything from being bullied to being betrayed by your spouse to being in a combat zone. The impact of this trauma can be significant. Healing from trauma and moving forward with resiliency is possible.

Addiction

We all have ways that we “numb out” from pain and difficult emotions. Whether it’s a process addiction (food, sex/love, workaholism) or you turn to substances like alcohol or drugs, we can work together to get you on a healing path toward recovery and all of the beautiful things that life can bring.
